Your private club

When you become a Club owner of a one-, two- or three-bedroom residence at Villa Bossi Pucci, you receive a beneficial interest in a British trust formed specifically to hold the actual deed to your Club residence.  This trust vehicle not only ensures your title but also greatly simplifies the process should you subsequently decide to transfer your Club ownership to family, a family trust or another owner.

 

Each Club owner is conveyed a one-tenth (1/10th) beneficial trust interest in the deed of one of the Club’s fully-furnished residences.  Each Club owner has unlimited, flexible use of all Club residences within their respective ownership category (one-, two- or three-bedrooms) in keeping within the Club’s flexible Reservation Privileges.  Like other real estate, Club ownership may be sold, placed in a family trust or willed to create a family legacy.
